What the terms are
Sample books and A4 swatches are free of charge to qualified distributors and specifiers. The courier is at your cost, sent freight collect, so nothing is invoiced by us and no account is needed.
Tell us the product line and the collection you are working with — or send a photo of the surface you are trying to match — and we will send the nearest weaves. Stock patterns ship in 2–3 weeks; custom production runs 4–6 weeks.
Samples go to specifiers, distributors and contractors rather than private households. If you are not sure which collection you need, start from the collections page or the five surfaces.
A single weave runs across most product lines, so the same swatch can be checked for floor, wall and furniture use.
What arrives in the kit
Physical material plus the paperwork a specification needs, in the same parcel.
Specification sheets
Thickness, total weight, roll width or tile size, backing construction and fire classification, per product line.
Test reports, on request
CE marking to EN 14041, Certificate of Conformity No. 156; colour fastness to BS EN ISO 105-B02 and 105-B04; REACH SVHC screening; TÜV SÜD, SGS and SATRA reports.
texlymat® samples
Mat, runner and rug pieces in the same weaves, on request, if the scheme carries from floor to entrance.
How it works
Three steps, and a person answers each of them.
- You send the request. Product line, collection or article numbers if you have them, delivery address and the project it is for. A photo works too.
- We confirm the match. A colleague in the sales and export team replies within one working day with the weaves we are sending and the documents that go with them.
- Courier, freight collect. The parcel leaves Hangzhou by express courier; the freight is paid to the courier on delivery. No account and no payment to us.
