One woven vinyl, developed into six product lines for floors, walls, furniture and outdoor use.
Each product line starts from the same woven vinyl and is finished for a specific job: floors, walls, furniture or outdoor use. Every line is available in the standard colours, with custom colours on request.
Woven vinyl flooring, 4 mm and 2,400 gsm, laid wall to wall over the subfloor. Seams are cold-welded, and rolls run 200 cm wide, so most rooms need one seam or none at all. The 3.0 mm vinyl cushion backing cuts impact noise by ΔLw 21 dB.
Woven vinyl acoustic tiles, die-cut as squares, planks, or customer shapes. A 2.2–2.5 mm vinyl backing with fibreglass and acoustic felt brings the tile to 3.20–3.50 mm, and takes the edge off impact noise. Face yarn comes on a high-tenacity polyester core as standard; specify a fibreglass core to keep loose fibre off the cut edge and the surface.
Woven vinyl wallcovering, 2 mm total with a 1.0 mm woven face, from 1,100 to 1,300 gsm. It hangs like a textile and wipes clean like vinyl, so corridors and guest rooms keep their colour without repainting. Moisture does not soak into the face, and the seams stay flat.
Woven vinyl upholstery in vinyl-coated PET yarn, for contract and residential seating: office chairs, banquettes, benches and headboards. It can be sewn or HF-welded, and welding gives a flat seam with no stitch line. Tensile, tearing, burst and Martindale results are on the data sheet.
Woven vinyl wall upholstery for panels, headboards and feature walls. Same face as the furniture line, on a PET non-woven backing where it hangs, or a 1 mm PVC foam backing where the wall takes contact. It wipes clean where a painted wall would show every mark.
Woven vinyl floormats, runners, door mats and area rugs, cut from the same roll as the flooring, so colour and surface stay consistent across a whole specification. Edges are bound or self-bound, and a finished mat is laid loose or cut to size on site. For indoor and outdoor use, and the surface can be hosed clean.
