Three names appear at the foot of these pages. Each one covers a defined set of pages, and each page states the date it was last checked.
A page that says who checked it, and when, is a page you can hold someone to. That is the whole reason these names are printed: if a figure on a product page disagrees with the certificate you were sent, or a colourway on a collection page is not in the sample book you have, there is a desk to write to rather than a general inbox. The three names cover the site between them, and the split follows the work: technical documentation owns the measured figures, weave design owns the colour references, export sales owns the commercial terms. Correspondence about any page goes to one address, which stays the same whoever is in the seat.
People change seats. When a page passes to someone else, the name at the foot changes on the day it happens and the date moves with it; the address below does not change. So the answer to "can I write to the person who wrote this?" is always the same one, and it never depends on whether that person is still here.
Technical documentation
Product pages, guides, techniques and the test documentation library. Checks that every figure on those pages matches the certificate or the test report behind it: ΔLw 21 dB from SATRA 4343-3975, Cfl-s1 under EN 13501-1, the CE certificates under EN 14041 and EN 15102.
If a number on a product page does not reconcile with the document you were sent, this is the desk that answers it.

Export sales
The company pages, FAQ, application notes and the project records. Holds the commercial facts: no minimum order on stock qualities, 1,000 m² per colour on custom runs, 2 to 3 weeks from stock and 4 to 6 weeks for custom production.

Weave design
The 18 collection pages and the 97 published colourways. Keeps the colour references, weave descriptions and the count of colourways per collection aligned with the sample books, and removes a colourway from the site when there is no swatch photograph behind it.
